Set in the year 1994, Velville University follows rivet head Kayla De La Grange as she slashes her way through a trope-twisting tale in the quaint college town of Velville, Vermont. A jaded, narcissistic, career criminal with a terrible temper; Kayla sees little interest in the affairs of others until she stumbles across an idea to create the perfect killing machine. Fate draws her to the perfect pet project; a kind hearted, hulking linebacker on the football team.
